Excellent quality of meat, especially if you're looking for beef. Prices are very good value for the quality you get and generally is pretty fresh. Staff were also really helpful over the Xmas period when I had an issue with my order.

Sausages are a good size, well filled out but lacked oomf. Maybe too fresh where the seasoning hadn't fully developed.
The girl who served me wasn't very friendly. it was a very small area for alot of peopl. I can see the hype behind their premium cuts. I was a little disappointed in the sausages but I'm sure others probably don't have such a high expectation. wasn't bad just expected better.

Best Butcher hands down. Pork sausages are amazing, pork rolls are tender and moist and the rump is full of flavour. Burger mince hands down the best, actually everything is fantastic.

Best butcher in Perth. For low and slow bbq they are unmatched. I've worked my way through brisket, Boston butts, their sausage selection, beef short ribs, lamb shoulder and even the beef fat for making tallow. I was also given a free tray of beef sausages when I asked about a promotion that had sold out earlier that day. Oh and the reverse sear cut's are the bomb.

Only my second time doing brisket, I wanted to try a better quality cut than my first attempt (meat from another butcher), I saw Troy's meats talked highly about on some local bbq forums. Tucked away I found meaty heaven! Lots of briskets with different grades to choose, fantastic marbling. 9 hours at 121 degrees in the smoker, and wow! It turned out better than I could have imagined, very juicy, melt in your mouth, and my family was raving. Will definitely be back soon to try some ribs and pork butt!

This is my go-to butcher for large cuts, burger mince and snags. Great meat, great staff who can explain anything to you from the cut to suggestions on cooking. More than highly recommended, get down here and try it out. Also, pop to Veeo's next door for your burger buns and hi-melt cheese - makes it a one-stop.
