Online catering services give problems . We ordered a platter a few days ago.When we went to collect it, it wasn't ready. Since it was an online order, Rossmeyone catering staff unaware, and they said they couldn't refund too.We have to wait there until they finish the order. Disappointed about online service

Well stocked IGA with good prices for vegetables. 79c for broccoli! Staff were lovely, and expertly stacked groceries into the cardboard box we brought with us 🙂

TERRIBLE!!! Multiple times I have witnessed a blonde elderly manager repeatedly shouting at her underaged staff telling them to “hurry up” when I can visibly see they are trying their hardest in rush hour. May I add, when this manager is serving customers she over uses their names to the point it’s not friendly, simply creepy and fake - like she is trying to let the whole store know the customer’s name. This makes me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer and will not be returning.

Great local IGA, always stocked with fresh fruit, vegetables, juices and a wide array of daily made rolls, sandwiches, wraps and salads for lunch.

Their roast beef and gravy is delicious, the potato bake is the absolute best. And the Turkey, Brie & Cranberry Rolls you can't go past.

Love the muffins for breakfast that are in the fresh bread cabinet...Blueberry, Orange & Poppyseed, Chocolate.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Blessed to have moved into this area and find such a gem of a local supermarket that has all your needs covered!

Had an error with a Menulog online order and the staff at Rossmoyne IGA were absolutely amazing dealing with it. Personally redelivered the correct items within the hour and were so friendly and polite to deal with. As a first time customer, I was very impressed and will definitely shop here again!
