DO NOT utilise this product or services.

The turnaround times were atrocious. I waited 6-8 weeks between visits and each time incomplete work was left behind.

The corners/edges have been done poorly / sub-standard. Left major holes behind that I now have to get someone else to fix at my expense.

When I called to complain I was told that “this is the reality of WA building industry at present. What do you expect”. Wanted to charge me to come out to fix issues.

No attempt to address the defects and yet I was chased for payments even when work was not completed.

I made the mistake of paying these guys in full before works were complete to satisfaction.

They even had the audacity to threaten me with legal action if I posted a negative social media review. Unbelievable!

Consider alternative options.

Made my first visit last week. Lady at the front desk was amazing and all their staff came out to try and help me identify an old discontinued product. I will definitely be back.

The reception lady so rude I asked her a question she said why you angry on me. I don't know if my voice sounds angry to her. I told her I'm not angry just need to ask you a question. She doesn't know anything go to our website. Cause the near to me i thought is the best but cause of her am not going to do my house even if not any other company available leave my house ugly better than talk to this lady again.

I would honesty not have any of these guys work or use any of their products on your house, I have had nothing but problems and they are not proactive on rectifying there faults.
