My husband and I highly recommend Ultimo Catering & Events. Zoe was fantastic to correspond with via email, hosted our tasting and was happily available to attend site visits when asked. The food was of a phenomenal quality, I have particular dietary requirements (gf and df) which they were happy to accommodate for which was lovely as I could enjoy my wedding day without any concerns. I literally did a happy food dance for every dish - each one was as delicious as it was beautifully presented. The wait staff on the day were very attentive and friendly also. From the moment I chose Ultimo to cater for my husbands 40th, their service was outstanding.
Josh, the function coordinator was immediately helpful and thorough with everything leading up to the event. No Matter how many changes, he adapted and made a great effort with me.
On the day I got Chef Christian, Sue and Riley. Sue was outstanding and looked after me no matter where or what needs doing so I always got to taste the incredible food, she was brilliant with all the guests. The food was next level amazing from Christian, every guest was excited to try everything and even snuck inside for more of his amazing food. Riley was great and he ensured the guests all had their drink of choice ready for them.
Usually Chloe works for ultimo but on this function she was with my son and she coordinated everything for the kids food as well as hire society deliverys.
Together this team gave me an exceptional experience and look forward to working with them again for another function 🙂

We had our wedding while Covid restrictions were really kicking off in Perth. Vanessa at Ultimo went above and beyond to help us save our wedding. The owners at Ultimo helped us so much along the way also when we continued to have issues with our venues. Vanessa was extremely easy to contact and was in touch whenever we needed anything.

In the end, not only did Ultimo provide us with incredible food and bar service at our wedding, but they also ended up providing us with the actual venue for our wedding! It was the extra little things they did that meant the world to us and meant our night could run so smoothly, such as sorting out the bride and groom with a cocktail and some canapes as soon as we arrived to the reception and were both starving, helped family members find batteries for their cameras, topped up guests drinks during speeches, helped us with extra glassware when ours ran out and were just downright absolute legends.

Vanessa, who ran our event stayed way later than she was suppose to to ensure everything ran smoothly for us and Clark, one of the owners also popped down to congratulate us. The bar staff were all absolutely lovely too and did a great job at ensuring all our guests were well fed which can be tricky sometimes with cocktail style weddings.

Our guests all reported they loved the food. Our favourites on the menu were the Oysters, Korean sticky fried chicken, mushroom risotto and the beef cheek with creamy mash. Incredible food and incredible team. Could not fault a single thing they did. Highly recommend to anyone holding an event!!
