Today the voices won and led me to line up to get the original crepe brulee. Was it worth it?

The answer is a resounding yes.

Just take a look for a minute at the images, ignore the weird green light in some of them, an alien was trying to kidnap the crepe because of how good it was.
The size of the crepe was perfect, the crème brulee on top was done amazingly, easy to crack into and not tasting burnt.
Underneath as you got into the actual crepe was layers of the original cheesecake, cream, strawberry’s and strawberry syrup.
If I could only eat this for the rest of my life I would be jumping for joy (although the dentist probably wouldn’t).

If you’re around regent place from 3pm make sure to check out the crepes, although a bit pricey at 15.50 for one, it’s worth the experience and if you don’t like it you simply don’t have to get it again.

Overall would recommend!

Matcha cheesetart is perfectly creamy! Not too sweet or too bland. Complement well if you have a coffee or black tea.
Original cheesecake is fine but I’m not totally hyped.

Love it! 👍 😋

Chanced upon Unce Tetsu’s and bought their original cheesecake, cheese tarts and pudding. Loved the cheese tarts the best! Will try their puffs the next time round.

Oh, and their bag is sooooo CUTE! 🥰

Walked past this store so many times. Finally got to try it as I felt naughty today. No one was lining up so I got my crepe almost right away. I liked the texture of the crepe. The brulee and the cheesecake made perfect match. Would like to try the matcha one next time.

It is great to have authentic and famous Japanese cheesecake at Town Hall in Sydney. It is moist and fluffy and it is $25, a bit pricey when I compare it with other Asian bakery. I like the cute packaging.

Beyond amazing. Be early or be empty-handed.

My mate bought like 12 or 18 tarts and tbh, he could've got more but we were flying back Brisbane in a few hours. The night before, I got 2 custard tarts, plain, and 2 matcha custard tarts. I would not get the matcha again. Not because they were bad - it's Uncle Tetsu's, that's not possible - but because my sense of taste is appallingly weak so while I could taste the custard ones, I couldn't detect matcha much atall. This is a me-thing but it might be a you-thing too.

The line up is worth it.
Soft crepe filled with cream, strawberries, uncle tetsus cheesecake pieces and topped with creme brulee.
Reviewing doesnt do it justice!
Located just behind the cheesecake shop in a pop up window is this amazing gem.
Must try!
