We were referred to Unique by another fabricator and in the scheme of their business , our order was tiny. The fabrication however to us was critical on both timeline and accuracy and their results on both counts were sensational. From the despatch lads to the accounts lady I was treated exceptionally well and have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Terrible service, would not recommend. Sent an email to confirm design. I had not replied, mainly due to how far out the design was to what we had discussed. I knew it was going to take some time to change it. I had to fly over east due to a family emergency. I was going to deal with it when I got back. Next thing you know I get an email saying the order had been made.. they then sent me the invoice the following day. After telling them I had not confirmed the design so could they please change the design, they tried to tell me too late, already made you must pay the invoice. I wanted proof of design acceptance. They said you told Mark over the phone it was approved. Since that conversation did not happen, I said sure no problem just play the recording where I said it was approved over the phone. While this was happening they then put in a mark on my Business’s credit report because I hadn’t paid their invoice. I could go on..
Absolutely appalling behaviour.

Went to Unique on recommendation by another party that was happy with their work.
The customer service was very helpful and excellent advice was offered saving much time and effort with the time frame of delivery faster than quoted.
The product on pickup was everything and more of what was expected for the job in a high quality house renovation so the company can expect more business from us in the future as we will use them as the go to company for this type of work.

If you want metal art from here- good luck!
I purchased a large piece of metal art from Unique Metals Wangara a few years back so decided to go back to them to get another piece for our upcoming renovation.
In June I emailed them from my yahoo account, asking for a quote on a couple of designs. I got no reply.
A couple of weeks later, I went in and asked for a quote. The guy who took the info appeared quite stressed and complained about how busy they were, which made me feel bad for taking up his time.
3 weeks later I emailed them again, asking if they were going to provide me a quote as I hadn't heard back. Again, no reply.
I purchased elsewhere- which I recommend others do.
