Don’t get me wrong love the hotbox and most of the staff are great. But an older women who works there is not very friendly, she has served me quite a few times and all I get is attitude. Can’t take the lid of the chicken salt to put some on my hot chips without being told no. She is constantly shaking her head if I come in for a big order, never says have a good day or how are u just says what do you want and that’s that. She also made me hot chips and I watched her drop a few and put them back in the box, all the while doing this with no gloves. Other then that it’s a good place

If I could give 0 I would and it pains me to do so! I bought bacon and egg burger which I couldn't eat because it was so dry and disgusting - one piece of shrivelled bacon and dry squashed bread roll. Come on people stop feeding us this rubbish!

Fried food pre made very ordinary sandwiches. Supplies and boxes all over the floor in the seating area. Could have used a good scrub from head to toe and to add insult to injury they charged me $5. For a Turkish delight.

The bin at the pump is disgusting and stinks and they continue todo nothing about it ...food In the hot Box clearly Been there all day. not following the law clearly .. and on top noticed less ks from my diesel the BP up the road is much better and cleaner smells nice and the staff are more friendly and the diesel better quality

This is the worst customer service I confronted

One . She charge me extra

Two . The hygiene of food preparation people will get sick sooner or later.

Three. When we order hamburger she touch the sandwich She touched the food , she touch the phone , she touch the counter , she touch the lettuce, tomatoes,

With no globes . I was watching it and this is make me sick . The girls serving touching her eye glasses and hair ... what the hell is this . I was so disappointed and discussing .

Where is the city council health and safely officer .

This must of changed hands. It's not even remotely a cafe any more. Grubby, dirty tables pushed together in the middle if the room still had crumbs and food stains all over them. Coffee only in take away cups. The girl said I could sit in but just planked the take away coffee on the dirty table and walked off. Taking my coffee and getting back in my car never to come back here.
