Exceptional Service and Selection!

I’m consistently impressed with United Cellars. Their team is incredibly supportive and always meets my needs with ease. The communication is clear and quick, and the delivery is always prompt. Their selection of wines is fantastic, and I’ve yet to receive a recommendation that wasn’t spot on!

At first I thought this place was a bit suspicious because they had everything I was looking for and it seemed too good to be true however that was not the case.

They responded to every request and question quickly and found wines that’s no other shops could find.
Harrison personalised a list of wines for me and modified it to suit my changes.
My order was placed easily and arrived safely and on time.
Can’t wait to buy from them again.

Shameful, accept one's order, take your money; afterwards say not in stock. Weeks later follow up with new, cheaper vintage offer. Took in desperation, feeling otherwise would never retrieve anything. AVOID!

You order some wine from them and they think that that means they can just cold call you when they like to sell you more wine. Even when you tell them to stop calling they still call. Highly annoying.

This is a beautiful wine shop. Huge range of wines in their cellar and friendly staff who was happy to spend the time to have a chat and discuss. Definitely worth a visit.

Made a single purchase a year or two ago and have subsequently received numerous cold phone calls (about 1 or 2 a month) to try and sell me further wine. I never opted into this and find the marketing strategy to be quite aggressive. I feel like they have also sold my details to another similar wine sales company because I now get calls from other vendors.
