Never in our wildest dreams did we think our photos & videos would be as incredible as they are… we are absolutely blown away & have had SO many people asking who we used for our wedding! From start to finish the Untitled team were an absolute delight to work with, listening to our desires and concerns and doing everything in their power to make sure we were happy. Thank you Untitled for your professionism and for being such a fun, energetic and reliable team to work with!!

Untitled have filmed and edited a number of projects for Aurora Expeditions over the last couple of years. Their teams are always reliable and professional, and always deliver amazing quality productions. I wouldn't hesitate in working with Abe and team in the future, or recommending them if you are looking for high quality video productions for your company.

To all considering Untitled for their videography – beware! After my partner and I had a horribly dissatisfying experience with them, we felt the need to share it with others. After all, your wedding is one day in your life that you really can’t get back and we don’t want any others to suffer like we did. This is a long read, but if you’re seriously considering them, please continue – and I hope you look elsewhere.
Our issue with Untitled was that of failing to deliver: once we decided to go ahead with them (they had some experience with our venue and we thought it would give us better shots) we discussed our exact demands for our videography. We had none, save that of the main elements of our wedding (door games, ceremony, speeches, first dance), everything be included in full – especially our dance. The representative from Untitled laughed at us and confirmed that it would, obviously, be included.
Keep in mind, this team isn’t cheap at all, and we decided to pay top dollar for top-notch service, which included all of the raw footage taken by the videography crew just in case footage we wanted didn’t make it to the final cut.
Wedding day comes around, and the crew were late to show for on-site photography, videography and preparation photos of the bride and bridal party.
Next, during our reception dinner, we were mingling with our guests – but there are no photos or videos to give evidence of that. Other than the posed group shots (which really, are good largely due to the camera and not the photographer), the photos that we treasure to this day are the selfies and candid shots that really captured the mood.
Fast forward, and we’re waiting for our videography to be prepared and displayed in their office. Once we see it, it becomes painstakingly obvious that there is missed footage of our first dance as husband and wife. At this point, things become even messier.
Attempts at communication with the crew becomes slower and less responsive. Where our initial inquiries prior to payment were responded to instantly, days and weeks would go by between communications between us and untitled. At one point we even asked them specifically if they had made a mistake and not included the footage of our dance (between two cameras) and requested they search for anything missing. They said they’d check – and never responded.
Eventually, I contacted them again. The footage, which we’d been so casually assured would be included, didn’t exist. When pressed for reasons why, we were given responses including “we didn’t know when the dance would start” and “it was close to a wall and it was hard to get good angles as other people were in the way”. Truthfully, those are answers I expect of a much cheaper and smaller team, where perhaps unpreparedness would be more acceptable. For a company of this calibre, I’d expect them to recognize that a first dance is starting when the MC declares it so, and that they would prioritize their angles and shots – that is, after all, the one job we asked of them.
We’ve been in discussions with their team for over a year now, expressing our dissatisfaction with their incomplete service. We believe we’re entitled to some reimbursement because we believe that to promise that full footage will be included but fall short of that is a failure of execution – and a bold-faced lie – on their part. The worst part of it all is that at the end of the day, we’re the ones losing out.
Untitled, refusing to acknowledge their failure to deliver on their product, deny any wrongdoing, and any reimbursement. Their reason? Despite anything they may have said during our meetings, their terms and conditions state that not every event may be recorded. Once again, this is thoroughly disappointing – for a company that is in the business of creating memories of people’s most precious moments, they are also heartless, cold, and totally devoid of empathy.
We’ve had nearly two years of regret, stress and anxiety because of the mistake we made choosing and I hope no one else goes through something similar.

Zero integrity, zero empathy and dishonest (when smth goes wrong and service is already paid in full). Pls read before using them to protect yourself from this happening to you!

MISSING FIRST 10secs of FIRST DANCE FOOTAGE.

TOOK 2 YEARS FOR A FORMAL/FINAL RESPONSE.
NO APOLOGY.

Pointed to TERMS AND CONSIDERATIONS in fine print which essentially says that nothing is guaranteed.

Our wedding video with Untitled was the biggest cost of our wedding. It was the one thing we stretched our budget because we loved their style and assumed with top dollar, would accompany top service and quality.

I had expressly emphasised that it was most important to capture our first dance from beginning to end. Simon advised that the basic package was highlights only and hence the next package up known as the feature film would be most appropriate. This meant that key features of the wedding such as vows, speeches and first dance could be captured from beginning to end.
We paid approx $8k for this (all paid in full before wedding date).

Our first dance was extremely special to us as we put in a lot of effort into it and it was one of the points in your wedding where we really were in the moment. We asked guests not to take videos to ensure there would be no interference and even waited for the “ok” from the team before our MC announced our dance.

Personally, it was what I looked forward to the most to see from our video. So it was crushing when I first watched the video at home that I realised that the first part of our first dance was missing.

I anxiously contacted Simon and hoped that it was just an error. Then somehow.... it took many phone calls and emails chasing a response before we were finally told TWO YEARS LATER that because the team’s view was blocked that they did not capture the beginning of our first dance.

No apology was given and they pointed out that in the fine print, they could not guarantee every angle etc to be captured.

I tried to reason that I wasn’t asking for particular camera angles, but the very thing I asked for and had paid an extra $1-2k for, was not done.

I never expected that the most expensive player on the market and especially in the wedding industry would be so heartless and unprofessional.

Mistakes happen.
The considerate and professional way to have approached this error would have been to be upfront in telling me the error, rather than me calling it out.
To apologise...To acknowledge their responsibility and offer some form of compensation.

Instead, every response took a few months. The response over 2 years was “let us check our archives”.

I have never had a more heartless customer experience ... not even the bank or RTA.

So I urge anyone to consider seriously before using Untitled. There are so many better providers that will not stain the memory of your wedding with endless pain and frustration.

If you do choose them anyway, at least make sure what you ask for is in writing so that if something does go wrong. You are better protected!

It’s taken me so long to write this review because of just how much it has truly upset and offended me. The amount of anxiety it has cause me has been silly but real.

I have never felt so powerless and bullied... I really hope this review will prevent my experience from falling on anyone else!

Abraham cancelled my videography two days before my wedding. He claims that Macedonian weddings "do not suit his style" of cinematography and we wouldn’t be happy with the end result. I find it extremely offensive that he would make a presumed judgement about me and cancel simply because of my nationality. I chose Untitled specifically for their "style". They knew about the nationality when I booked months in advance. I have email correspondence which proves their agreement “We can meet all the requirements for the reception formalities. That’s no problem at all.” So I still do not understand why they waited until the 11th hour to cancel for this reason. Abraham was careless and unapologetic. This left me feeling devastated, anxious and physically sick 2 days in the lead up to my wedding.

Despite numerous requests, Abraham refuses to put into writing the reasons for cancelling at such short notice. He gave me an ultimatum to either give him my account details for a refund or he will send a cheque but they would not be showing up on the wedding day. Even after I pleaded and agreed for them to film their “normal style”, he still refused to do the job. He took it upon himself to chose another videographer for me. While this is a small consolation for this treatment, he forcefully twisted my arm to take the refund and he left me no time whatsoever to make a decision of my own making.

This company is unethical and discriminatory. STAY AWAY. There is nothing holding them to actually turning up on your wedding day. Not even a signed contract, nor full payment.

Such a wonderful company! It's a small team of the friendliest people you can find. Incredibly accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

Top of the game attention to detail and vision. I even gave them my preferred music choice for my video and the end result was absolutely flawless.
