Wow! We are absolutely delighted with the quality of craftsmanship from this organization. From start to finish Todd and his team worked effortlessly to ensure our vision for our home was designed and created to exacting standards.

We met with Hilary Ward the designer who listened to our concept ideas and totally got it. She represents an industry where creative thinking can be channeled by current trends but Hilary has such a wealth of knowledge and just knows how to make something unique and special.

Ben Andrews was our project manager. Ben was on call at all hours to deal with even the most minor queries. He was a great facilitator during the construction process and can simply organise anything! A real go to guy.

Scotty was amazing. Boy can this man think on his feet. Absolutely nothing was an issue to him. He just always had a solution.

The entire production team were AMAZING! The delivery guys, so considerate and polite, again, nothing was a problem and how they managed to carry in those units navigating awkward corners and a nosy Great Dane was fantastic. Great lads and thank you for being so good with Walter.

Finally, the quality of the work carried out by the sub contractors that you organised was simply first class.

To say we are happy is an understatement. Every day our remodelled home still gives us the WOW FACTOR that we were looking for. You have transformed a boring rectangular room into a work of art.

We completed a kitchen renovation with Urban Kitchens. Definitely a five star rating. These guys were amazing. Even with a few hiccups along the way which is normal Urban Kitchens went above and beyond to make things 100%. I had the opportunity of choosing my woodgrain for my kitchen which made me feel more confident about the overall look. Hilary was fantastic at helping me choose aspects of the kitchen, she knew exactly what would look perfect with our mid century modern kitchen. The design has been a huge improvement, we love cooking and even cleaning up in the kitchen. We have so much more bench space and cupboard space. Ben and his team were hands down a great bunch of people to have in my home. Ben was on top of everything that was going on and his visits to make sure everything was going smoothly was reassuring.

Scott & I recently used Urban Kitchens & Joinery to do a large renovation of our Kitchen & downstairs bathroom.
From day one we met Hilary Ward, their Top Designer who came to our home & assisted us with suggestions & ideas. Hilary was delightful to work with & the plans she drew up were outstanding. The cabinetry was of the highest quality.
Hilary suggested that we change the direction of our 3 meter stone top island bench, so our guests would be looking out towards the water instead of having their backs to the view.
We also put a Butlers Pantry in which was the best thing we could have done. Once again Hilary’s designs were stunning.
The bathroom was absolutely stunning & once again the style & cabinetry was outstanding quality.
Overall we can not speak highly enough of Urban & would not hesitate to recommend this company & Hilary to anyone looking for a High End result if looking to renovate. Outstanding! Don't hesitate!

When I met Hilary to discuss ideas for my new kitchen and TV cabinetry, she just got it. It's clear why she has won so many industry awards. She has a brilliant design mind and incorporated everything I asked for, and added some fantastic, practical additions that I totally love, and would never have thought of in a million years. I wanted something a bit different, and she delivered in all areas, above and beyond.

The install was just as good. From the first point of contact with the delivery guys (who turned up exacly on time, were careful, courteous, professional and just generally good blokes), it was a great process.

The whole thing was overseen by Ben, who is a master at what he does. He made sure every minute detail was correct. And he's an excellent, honest communicator so I always knew what was happeneing and when. The installers were awesome too. They took real care, worked long hours and cleaned up after themselves each day. I couldn't find a single thing that was misaligned, messy or missed and they problem solved quickly when any obstacles came along. And there were a couple of issues, but Ben and Todd (the owner) really shone in this area, working quickly to resolve the problem and I could not be happier. This is where Urban really stood out to me. Everyone I met had a genuine customer first attitude and I could tell they all loved where they worked. I think that says a lot about a business. I highly reccomend Todd and his team - they are excellent at what they do.
