I had the pleasure of dealing with Urban Metals and Deborah during construction of a new deck. My builder sourced a privacy screen but when it arrived on site, it was inferior and I rejected what was proposed. I found Urban Metals on line and made contact with Deb and told her we had a short time frame and found out whether she could deliver (this short time frame was simply because we lost time because of the inferior product suggested by the builder). We found a design we like and Deb tweaked it so that it was perfect for the space. The screen arrived on time and was fabulous. The screen was fixed today and looks exceptional. It’s excellent and is exactly what promised. It provides privacy from a neighbouring car park and has finished off the deck brilliantly. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Deb and the team at Urban Metal and you could not find a better team and product. Highly recommended.
