The staff is very nice and welcoming! They recommended me their honey milk tea with no sugar which is reaply refreshing and nice. They really made my day!

We love our Utopia especially this branch.

They have such delicious drinks. Our favourite are the Butterfly Pea Lychee, Brown sugar brulee and the Bubblegum. We also tried the Coffee Latte milk tea. So fresh, including the Tapioca or Boba pearls.

We also love their cakes. Fresh, spongy and creamy.

The staff are all super friendly and very polite too.

My sister went and got me my usual bubble tea order this afternoon and it tasted good as usual, but imagine my surprise when 1/3 into the drink a hair came through the straw. Gross, chucked it out straight after. Please wear hair nets.

Kind service. I asked one of the staff if they have any plant-based milk and he showed me the vegan menu. Many vegan options. Glad to see a bubble tea store is on board with this. Would recommend.

It's not too bad of a place, the staff are welcoming and the tea is consistency yummy.

They were also offering free upsizes (early May 2018) for some of their drinks which is a double win!

I grabbed a bubble tea with mango and red bean just to try it. The employee was a little concerned whether it tastes good or not cause no one has chosen that combination. Fret not it tastes fine I like it. And the employee who served me was very cute and vibrant, she put a smile on face.

Was very annoyed because I ordered two drinks for delivery with a total of $20. Ordered off menu log and I couldn’t see an option to add the tapioca pearls so I assumed they just came with the drink. In case they didn’t I specifically wrote in my note to please add pearls to them. When they arrived they were nothing but milk and that is such a rip off for 20 dollars! If I wanted tea I could’ve just made that at home for $2! Also there is no option to add vegan milk on Menulog which is disappointing. And the taro flavour is disgusting here so don’t get it!
