Best mead in Aus! I have ordered a few different flavours online from Valknut Meadery and they have all been great. My personal favourite is the ginger honey sweet mead. The care they put into the ingredients and final product is obvious. Highly recommend!

Matt is a wealth of knowledge of Norse, Celtic and Icelandic history...he himself as an Anders is literally steeped in it ...much like his Mead!! I've not met another more personally invested in his products...and it shows in the flavour and quality ! Matt's Mead is truly a product of his passion for his heritage. I Loved the Ginger but my new favourite is the Blueberry sensory explosion! And cant wait for the Meada Colada!

AmaIng product using locally sourced ingredients.. I'd never had mead before and bought a bottle as a gift.. had a taste and bought 3 more bottle for myself! Can't wait to see what flavors they come up with next!

This ancient beverage, nectar of the gods, in modern form. Plenty of options to suit everyone's tastes, but I'd highly recommend the Chili-Lime or Smokey Oak options. They are superb. Better still it's made right here in SE-QLD using local produce.

Found them at Fernvale Markets' stunning flavour. The Smokey Oat was absolutely beautiful and leaves a wonderful taste on your palate will definitely be purchasing more of their products.
