From my very first phone call making a booking I felt at ease. The reception staff were amazing. They allowed me the opportunity to ask any question's, didn’t rush the answers, used my dogs name always when speaking about her, which was definitely a more personal experience. The lead up to my appointment, totally professional and yet a personal experience again. A call to see how Tia was doing, appointment reminder, pre admission forms and map details sent out. On the day all front line staff professional and welcoming to both myself and all other clients, whether admissions or pickup. Then meeting our Vet ( Peter ) and his assistant. Again I was immediately at ease.The consult was not at all rushed. They took the time to meet both myself and Tia, even having cuddles and a little play which relaxed Tia putting her at ease and making her comfortable prior to the physical exam.Everything was clearly explained with regular opportunities to ask questions. I was kept updated on the day from Vet Peter via sms …. When she was heading in for her CT scan, her recovery period update, and when she was ok for picking up. When we arrived back at the clinic for pickup, again so personal, reception staff “ Hi Gina, I’ll just phone through and get little Tia brought out for you” Tia was then brought out across Vet Peter’s shoulder, her favourite and most relaxed form of travel lol
Discharge was again professional but personal. Thank you to all the office staff, Vet Peter and his wonderful assistant Vet. I carry nothing but thanks and praise during the whole process and highly appreciate and recommend the Veterinary Specialist centre Carrara QLD 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone at the Carrara emergency hospital and specialist Centre are absolutely amazing people. I would recommend them to anyone that has an animal that is sick. The staff have done Amazing job on looking after my dachshunds and keeping me updated on their progress.

Our very sick little Mini Schnauzer was referred to VSS from the Animal Emergency Services in Carrara. All the staff were awesome to deal with and we received great communication from the staff during the whole time she was in their care. Definitely recommend them for anyone that needs specialised care for their fur baby!

Went here yesterday and the staff were so caring as my little fur child was sick. I rocked up two hours early but they still fit me in. Lovely vets as well. Dr Christopher was very caring and informative. Trying to find the place was a pain in the butt thou

VVS always show incredible care and understanding for my pets and I.
My little Fluff Puff just had a hip operation with Dr Daren, and I couldn’t feel more at ease and happy with the whole process. Being able to call to check on her 24/7 while under their care was also a huge relief.
Cannot recommend them enough. ❤️

The team at Veterinary Services were fantastic from the first call, they were reassuring and really helpful. They were able to see my dog straight away as he was very unwell. The vet was fantastic who talked us through the options and made us felt at ease under the circumstances. They provided great service and Humphrey was able to come home the same day. Highly recommend 🙂

The team looked after our Louie so well with regular updates on when he went in for his procedure and when he was in recovery. They kept my mind at ease during an anxious time as a pet owner. When we picked up Louie he was spritely and happy. I would highly recommend the dentistry team at VSS.

I have had my French Bulldog attend VSS Carrara on two occasions this year. The team at VSS are brilliant at what they do. They would call me twice a day with an update on how my pet was going. A big thank you to Dr Grace, Dr Olivia and Dr Tania. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend VSS Carrara to anyone.
