I came here last week and got a very rude man named Mitchell. Just had a angry look on his face the whole time he served me. He absolutely stunk of BO, that bad that I could smell it throughout the store. I will not be going back when he is there..

One of the gas handle pumps isn’t properly working (pull the trigger and nothing happens, and only works intermittently when you put the handle on a angle) and so I’ve told the staff about previously and they said they’d get someone out to fix and. Jump a couple of weeks later and the same handle still isn’t working properly.

This went down hill for a few years but recently (late 2017) has been revitalised and now with new decor, new layout, new management it is coming good again. The petrol has been consistently well priced for a while now too. The IGA was recently split from the hardware and while initially seemed like a bad idea has actually worked very well and improved the overall offering.

They are pretty expensive, a couple of ice-creams and drinks for $35 is a rip off, but they have some stuff I cant find in other shops.

Went here the other day, got a rude blonde hair lady. She was eating, thats okay, i dont mind, it was her attitude!!
No please or thankyou or conversation or 2 words said to me during the whole transaction. Just a filthy look on her face. Wont shop locally here again to support local business.

I have been shopping here for over 15 years and they huge range of goods especially in the hardware section. The staff are always helpful and you know what I like best? If there is a queue at the checkout they quickly open another so you don't have to wait long. Coles and Woolworths could learn some lessons from this.
