Started two Flow classes per week in September and haven't looked back since!! It has been the most amazing fitness journey and especially thankful to Melina and Keely for their guidance and support. I feel great and no more aches and pains in my lower back and shoulder. Three classes per week will be my New Year's resolution. Really is suitable for anyone of any age and fitness level. Love it!!

I have been a loyal follower of Milena and her Pilates classes for years now. Her studio has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space itself is beautiful—airy, clean, and filled with natural light.

Milena is an absolute gem. Milena, and all her other instructors, guide us through each exercise with clear instructions and helpful modifications for all fitness levels. Their knowledge of Pilates, coupled with their encouragement makes the class both challenging and enjoyable. I always feel supported and I appreciate how Milena checks in on everyone’s form to ensure we were maximizing the benefits of each movement.

When I first joined the Vida Studio community I had just had my baby and I joined Milena’s babylates class for new mums, and I quickly became hooked. I now enjoy the full range of classes on offer, from the heart pumping jump board class through to my Friday night addiction - stretch and flow.

I love coming to class at Vida Studio. The space is bright, airy and beautiful, with highly trained instructors. Classes at Vida are welcoming to all skill levels, and the instructors work to make sure the whole class is challenged and supported through each exercise.

I have gained so much since taking up Pilates with Vida Studio, strength and flexibility and a wonderful community that make me excited to come to every class.

Vida Studio is an extremely warm welcoming space no matter your knowledge on pilates, every class you walk in to you are surrounded by an amazing bunch of people and all instructors extremely helpful and lovely.
