Vrbas Halal Butchers just to let you know do not try to steal customers money this way because you guys serving this just a piece of fat in Goat meat and charging for the full amount . I purchased 1.5kg goat and charged $30 which I don’t mind but give us atleast proper meat cuts not bag full of fat and just a tiny piece of meat . Also a human body have so many expression and smile is one of them please use it often. One more thing when we doing any business of job there is a service called ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE ‘ try to learn and improve with all your staff or may be shop owner itself. Check the attached photo . 👎👎

A goat leg was acquired last week, but it proved to be disappointing. The leg was cooked for a lengthy two hours in a pressure cooker, yet it retained its pungent aroma and rubbery texture.

I bought mince once or twice from here a while back, it was beef labelled, but as I start cooking it smelt like either goat meat or lamb mixed into it. And I thought I would try again by waiting a week for a second confirmation and it was the same. I also had bone splinters in it. If I could take a picture and post it I would, I still have these bones kept in a tissue. Not sure what is happening to this butchery but I hope they pick up their standards and quality soon before being reported to consumer watchdog.

No respect for younger shoppers. Made eye contact and was acknowledged by staff but was somehow served after 4-5 people that came after me.

No big deal and happy to let my elders go first but probably the first and last time I shop here.

Today, I visit this store. They have very unprofessional staff they dnt know how to deal with customers. I was very polite but she was very rude. If they r not happy with this job need to move on another job but, B professional & Gentle with customers ! Cheers,,,,,
