Have had a few jobs done by WA Gears over the years and I can say that their work is first class. They are very professional and excellent at reverse engineering broken up gears and splines.

WA Gears has helped me out of a breakdown, they have taken on my job and turned it around in record time, they have manufactured two new gear splines male and female off a broken sample given and no drawing were supplied with the broken gears and they manufactured me new ones like for like, in fact I believe even better than the original. KUDOS and Thank you Michael. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Michael and Daniel are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. All the work i have had them do has been of outstanding quality. I have had them manufacture couplings, precision hardened and ground gears for mining gearboxes. They have a very fast turnaround on most items. I have found them very honest and upfront and they tell me straight away if they can reproduce to part or not or where i can get it done.

WA Gears provide a very professional and competitively priced service.

They have helped us out of some tricky situations:
In one instance, we had to drive some new hydraulic pumps from a drilling rig gearbox which had non-standard OEM splines. The rig was down, and the OEM parts were unavailable. We frantically searched for a supplier who could deliver what we needed, within a very tight timeframe: WA Gears came up with the best quote by far, both in terms of price and delivery date. They custom-made us shafts for the gearbox and delivered them ahead of schedule. This saved us weeks of downtime and many thousands of dollars in price.

WA Gears are definitely our first call for splining and gear cutting, I can highly recommend them. In my experience the personal service, attention to detail and overall quality of their work is second to none.
