Very professional and courteous service, with a fast turnaround. Their prices, for a myriad of services relating to car servicing, include, but are not limited to: shock absorbers, springs, wheel alignments, wheel bearings, etc.,are the best prices I've seen on these services in Perth. Their showroom, where customers can wait while their car is serviced, is complimented by extremely comfortable leather lounge chairs. They are located in the hub of the Osborne Park Industrial area on Colray Ave. Ask for Malcolm & tell him Ric Stern sent you. You will not be disappointed.

Clearly like wasting people's time, had quite an extensive quote done for Rear suspension repairs, as mentioned by other reviewers get fobbed off , after having checked over by honest mechanic actually rear end is completely fine was just very bad wheel alignment by useless tyre shop! Beware out to rip u off thieves quoting $3K+ for something that's all ok!

Have gained a loyal customer. Had a rattling sound that Pedders couldn't locate (...and they were the one's that installed my control arms) but gave me a list of what needs to be replaced$$$$
Took it WA Suspension who fixed the problem in 5 mins with no charge ..unlike Pedders who charged me and gave me no confidence on their solution.
WA Suspension Informed me that control arm were not tightened.

After repairing a suspension collapse on my Ute due to a missing caliper bolt I had ongoing issues I needed looking at. I booked an appointment for an inspection of my suspension. I live 100km away so on the day I loaded my motorbike and dropped the Ute off and went home on the bike. A couple of hours later I was called to pick up my Ute without any work or inspection done on the suspension. I complained strongly and finally the proprietor explained that as some dismantling was needed they didn't want my Ute taking up space. Beware, this mob only wants easy in and out work like spring and shock upgrades. Why book me in and cause me so much hassle and be unapologetic? What a joke! No star would be more appropriate.
