Had the most wonderful experience with Wallace Bishop this week. Purchased our engagement and wedding rings from Wallace Bishop riverlink. I made it EXTREMELY clear to the staff I didn't want gold or anything that would look gold. 18 months later my rings are now turning gold and I'm being told I need to have them recoated at almost $100 per ring every 2 years. I would not have chosen these rings if I had been informed of the maintenance. Store manager was extremely dismissive and assured me his staff would have told me. Do not recommend this store.
