Dan’s the Man. A highly skilled & experienced tradesman, plus caring and flexible. He only uses the best grade stainless steel and polaris fittings, so they won’t rust over time. Our job needed lots of custom sloping panels and was partially retro, which can be tricky. Dan identified several safety compliance issues that other quoters missed, and he had excellent solutions. We needed 16 l/m of extra long glass panels to fit between existing veranda posts, which others said were all custom. But Dan sourced these panels as standards saving us thousands. He knows the industry and has the contacts to provide the job we needed, and we are totally thrilled with the result. Everything is so spot on, it’s beautiful. It is with pleasure that I write this review.

Following storm damage to the existing aluminium pool fence, a decision was made to upgrade to frameless glass fence.

I reached out to a number of pool fencing installers and from very early on in the process, Waratah Glass Fencing and Managing Director/Owner Dan Ryan stood out.

Even though I am living overseas, Dan was happy to meet up with family members onsite and I was able to continue effective communication with Dan in parallel.

Throughout the quoting process, Daniel was very responsive and responded in a timely and considerate manner to all my queries.
Dan provided me with installation time as well as estimated completion date.

During the actual job, Dan displayed a high degree of professionalism and customer care service. He sent me photos/videos of progress, asked for clarification when needed and at all times, I felt that Dan had an eye for the all important details.

I am overly pleased with the finished product and can't praise Dan&team enough for the oustanding job.
