Pete from Warhammer Mt Gravatt assisted me today and he was super friendly. Answered about 45 minutes of questions so I made sure I was buying the right gift and my painting of the figurine turned out fantastic thanks to him.

I honestly can't fault the experience I had. The staff member who helped me (English sounding lad) was so informative, knew where everything was, gave impeccable insight, answered my newbie questions without judgement and was pleasant to boot! If you're new to the hobby like I am, definitely give GW Mt Gravatt a visit.

Unfriendly store staff. Have been to Warhammer shops across the world and this was the worst experience. Kids wanted to have a crack at painting a mini and the grumpy store staff wouldn’t let them. Great way to grow the hobby 🙄

Went today to play a game with two friends.
I was told by staff that I wasn't allowed to play as my models were not licenced Games Workshop IP (my two friends had "legal models").
I could understand if we were playing in a official tournament, but this was just a casual game between friends.
Very disappointed and likely won't be coming back.

Always a treat for my partner to come here, he may only be into the books, but is made to feel just as welcome. Older staff are well versed in all of the books series and makes it easier to find the book he wants to read next.

Speaking as one from the westside of Brisbane, this place is the very best location for games workshop supplies. Huge interior space with a selection to match as well as knowledgeable staff.

Hands down the absolute best GW Warhammer store I've visited. Awesome games room with multiple tables available for matches up reservation. Staff is friendly and approachable offering excellent advice and guidance. Great location with a convenience store nearby if you need food or drinks.
