I have been buying your meat from our local drakes for some time now. I always buy the black Angus products because I considered it a premium product. The last 2 purchases, one for rump one for strip loin and it has been some of the toughest steak I’ve eaten. I’m am very dissatisfied considering the premium price I am paying.
I’m just about to call it quits as I feel that I would get the same product at a much cheaper price. It definitely has not been the same tender steak that we have been used to getting from your label.
Tried sending a message on Facebook but no reply, can’t find an email. Unfortunately can’t contact via phone during office hours. Looks like one less customer!

Bought warwick meats beef pepper steak from spar on macleay island.How do warwick meats get thier pepper flavour,do they load truck up with steak and then drive past a pepper factory.Absolutely no pepper on it at all,could of fed it to a baby without burning thier mouth.Pathetic quality.

Bought 500g Australian Mince Beef from my local IGA, cooked it up and only had 321g left the rest was fat. I know it says contains 17% fat so that's 85g so that's another 94g lost in fats. Not acceptable, won't be buying again

My husband purchased MSA Rump Steak and shoe leather would of been softer. Very disappointed as the steak cost $20.16. Will never purchase from this butchery again.
