WAT is a importer and retailer, Owner is Johnny. He is only interested in flogging off you as much $$ as possible and WAT is just one of his many businesses, all Gel products are heavily marked up. Have spent over 15k either via WAT or Via another retailer, results are the same. The second there is a GENUINE warranty issue he will do all he can do discredit and say its your fault. All his staff are very nice, well spoken and will do their best to help.
But ultimately when your boss is a lowlife, not much you can do.

Do yourself a favor go to Tac Edge and buy their line of products. At least they will honor genuine product issues. Spent total 9k so far there total 6 warranty issues all handled exceptionally.

SCAM!

Supposedly bought a brand new gel blaster. It wasn't firing properly so took it for a second opinion and was told it has been used for at least 8 months and has been tampered with. I went back to the store and they offered me a refund. I accepted this and gave my bank details for them to "transfer". I waited over a week with no refund in my account so gave them a call. They told me that I lied about the damage and that it was my fault and that I wasn't getting a refund. They have now kept my money for a dodgy product that doesn't work. The way they speak to their customers is also disgraceful.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

First time dealing with these guys and as a regional buyer had to do it via phone and messages.
Nothing was too much trouble when I was asking questions and the advice they gave me was spot on.
I purchased a slim hop up for my LDT MP7 which has really increased not only accuracy but also range.
Speedy delivery was the bonus we really didn't expect.
Will definitely be dealing with these guys again.

I've been in a few times now for a few different products and I can safely say this is the best place to go. Their pricing is amazing, and generally they supply half the cool stuff you find in other stores anyway. Their staff are great, especially their tech Lachlan, and will come up with all sorts of options/solutions for what you want.
It's definitely worth the drive to have a look in store

My first time shopping at WATINT, there was a stock issue when I ordered on line however the staff were really great about it and got everything sorted for me so I still ended up with the item I was after but actually even better. Customer service was great, they answered any questions I had and suggested the best accessories instead of trying to sell me the more expensive items. Very happy and definitely recommend shopping with them.

Great and friendly staff. Very useful tech, probably one of the best out there. Amazing products and a wide selection of high quality accessories and parts to choose from. Definitely make an effort to visit them in person. Also a very cool display wall with tons of cool blasters
