I have an issued with my 1960s Sunburst Clock and a dealer clock. I been trying to get both repaired at local repairers and they all recommended me Watchmakers. Quote is given at the start and everything else was explained what could possibly go wrong. Zach or Paul will called once the work is done. Very happy with the result and customer service.

My Seiko divers watch has been with them for several months. No communication about the status of the repair and was not allowed to come and collect despite stating I was moving from Perth.
Regret deeply giving him my watch.

I gave my vintage Omega watch in Nov 2023. My watch was meant for collection in Jan this year. But nope. So many excuses week in week out. Email and phone calls not andwered. When we physically went to the store, my watch has been disassembled and in pieces. Asking for another 2 weeks for repair. But now it has been 2months since that last visit. Still no call. Just appalling

I'm in Sydney and saw Watchmakers WA's work on the Internet. It looked for sure like they knew what they were doing. My family heirloom railroad grade pocket watch needed a major service and full clean, so I sent it over to Zach and the team. I am very happy with the first class job they did. The watch now runs amazingly well and looks like new. For the first 5 days it did not lose one second of time! Very happy, will certainly use them again and their distance away from me is of no concern. Thank you! Mark Marriott. 21/3/19

I had my 1971 Seiko 5 brought back to life by these guys. They were able to fully restore it to original condition and used all of its original parts, true master craftsman in the art of horology. It is comforting to know in a throwaway society that these guys are keeping the skills alive. Highly recommended and happy customer.

I recently sent a few watches from my collection to Watchmakers WA from Melbourne for service and repair. I couldn’t be happier with their service and communication.
In terms of watchmaking expertise they are first class all the way and have been an absolute joy to deal with.
Highly recommended and they offer tremendous value for money.

Dropped off 2 watches worth a few thousand for some minor repairs for the first time. To be fair they were friendly, honest, and professional at first. I was told they'd text me when they were ready, no mention of timeframes.

A 2 weeks went by so I thought I'd call just to check how things were going. Phone goes straight to voicemail and I leave a message asking for a call. I call twice again over the next week .. same thing. I finally email them and get the below email:

Hi,

We haven't had time as we're way too busy. We've been forced to take the phone off the hook to attempt to at least get some work done, hence the lack of response.

We'll call you when it's ready.

Thanks,

I am completely understanding that things get busy and would have been fine if they said that appropriately. But no message on the phone saying they're busy but working, no communications to their customers via text, and no apology for ignoring messages and calls. No understanding that a new customer would be concerned that they have 2k worth of watches (not a lot for some but it is for me) and are completely ignoring any contact is unbelievable and the response is extremely unprofessional.

If you're happy with this level of service then use them, if not then I do not recommend them. I've since picked up the watches and will take them elsewhere.

You're a customer service business, I suggest you not let that slip as soon as you get a bit overwhelmed.
