Our greywater and rainwater systems were installed by Water Installations about 7 years ago and have been maintained by them ever since. They have always been excellent in their service. The systems were checked and serviced recently by Sean Kessey who has been coming out for the past few years. Sean is knowledgeable, friendly and takes great pride in his work. The Water Installations crew responded quickly to an emergency issue we had with a join in a water pipe running between our storage tank and header tank. They generated a quote and visited us on the same day. They fixed it right, the first time. A very professional outfit with excellent communication. We received a text and email advising when the service person would be visiting and another when he arrived on site. The invoice was easy to pay online. So glad to have a local outfit like this nearby us.

I have been using Water Installations to service my Biolytix for 15 years now and the past 3 have been performed by Sean Kessey. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and in particular Sean not to forget Pedro of course. Sean the only thing I need now is for you to come up with that verticle orientation of the chamber before I require a re-build. So hopefully you still have a couple of years.

Requested a quote and was told that would cost $220!!!!! Deducted from quote if work proceeds.
Went ahead as Shire of Mundaring recommended this mob.
Very casual site inspection provided no advice on pump sizing, tank size or anything useful. Left after 10 minutes and invoiced $220.
Took 2 weeks to send a quote which had no detail beyond very highly priced costs for pump, tank etc
Unprofessional, go elsewhere is my advice.
