We bought a property with an existing pool that has a Waterco filter. It was installed five years ago and comes with a standard 10-year warranty. Ours has a crack in it, and when we emailed Waterco, we were told that the warranty is not transferrable and is voided as we were not the original owner of the filter! I was also told that it is not covered under a statutory or consumer warranty, even though it is only five years old.

A video of the issue is attached and I find it very disspointing that our issue was batted away without any consideration. I now have to replace the filter, and I’m going for a Davey - truly Australian with no hidden and non-transferable warranties. A shame on you Waterco.

We cannot speak highly enough of the amazing customer service provided by Rod and Jason at Waterco. Although we’ve encountered a few issues with different things, Rod has gone above and beyond to ensure we are well looked after, staying true to his word. His dedication and care have been outstanding.

Jason has also been a standout—his knowledge and understanding are exceptional, and he’s always been incredibly helpful. It’s refreshing to deal with such a large company that genuinely prioritises its customers. We’re truly appreciative of the effort and professionalism shown by both Rod and Jason. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

I would buy any Waterco product again and recommend to anyone who wants to be assured they will be looked after. It’s often said that people are quick to write a negative review when something goes wrong but rarely take the time to share positive experiences. It’s important to recognise and appreciate the good too—when someone goes above and beyond or when a company delivers great service! Thanks Waterco Team!

have bought the hydro storm 200 4 years ago, pool has been renovated for the last 1.5 years so pool pump hasn’t even been operating , so only been operating for 2.5 years and 2 weeks ago pump capacitor blew and totally cooked the pump , sent pictures to waterco 2 weeks ago, no answer to email , talked to receptionist , 3 times and they told me a technician will ring me , no call, rang 6 times today couldn’t get through , worst company i have ever had to deal with

Useless and faulty products. Air Injectors fell apart after 30 seconds of use. Tried to blame it on my blower but they were a direct replacement for the same product.

Staff at reception are always polite and professional.
Nothing is ever too hard and orders are filled promptly. Always great to have the dispatch team help load cartons.

Crappest pool LED lights in the history of pool lights.
Had to get both MK4 lights replaced under warranty at different times through Swimart, and now out of warranty they both have failed again! Would not recommend any lights from this company.

Talk about poor customer service call up to ask about spars because I cant find them then get get some young start with attitude what a disgrace.
