I am very pleased the friendly services delivered by Watermatic, especially Ryan. He’s very patient with all my queries.

I went to another big irrigation provider nearby because of their weekend’s opening hours. But the staff’s attitude was disappointing showing they couldn’t be bothered to have my business.

With Watermatic, we overcame the opening hour issues by emailings & phone conversations. They assisted with ordering and also revolved the issues during the installation process and we ended up buying more and more stuff from them.Their deliveries were also quick too.

Had water leak at main line which fixed by them but then all sprinkles failed to pop up again after three months. Requested service again but responded no resources available to fix it due to a big commercial project.

Don’t use them unless you are big commercial customer!

Great prices backed up by some of the best service I've seen. Ryan called to say there would be a slight delay while they waited for the final bits of the order to come in. Despite this - I got the whole order in 3 days. Outstanding!
