Did a fantastic job of making up some little brackets in Aluminium that were no longer available from the car manufacturer . The originals were made from plastic and very prone to breakage . Watsons were also great in advising on how this could be done , overall and outstanding job . Thank You .

Some months ago, this company left serious damage to our garden that we are still trying to repair after placing a fence up on our retaining wall for a neighbour who particularly likes the aluminium, rather than green look. The damage done by Watson's included twelve 30cm wide streams of hardened concrete down our hedge and onto our grass. This destroyed our back lawn and garden furniture that was also covered in it. The Watson's contractor also broke our lemon tree in two. They pulled metres and metres of a 50 year old hedge off and left it hanging in mid air over our back yard. We are disgusted with the mess that they left. No apology, no attempt to clean up after themselves and no permission given by us to interfere with our property. We would not recommend a company with this level of care and certainly found our correspondence with them to be confusing and disappointing.

Watsons made a huge sliding gate fir my property, to replace an old steel and wood one.

From the start they were totally professional and customer service focussed. Quite and measure was conducted by Steve, talking through my requirements and what was possible.

Removal of the old gate abd installation of the new one, was terrific. Pat, went over and above to make sure everything was perfect.

I'd highly recommend Watson's to anyone looking for friendly abd professional service.
