Poor customer service. Not bothering to call customers back. I'm still waiting for a quote. I was told they would be at our house to also conduct a quote for audio while the camera technician was there but no show. After waiting for a quote I decided to call them just got ahhh sorry mann that's not like him to do that. Wow what's is going on these days people don't want to work any more.
