West Coast Hi-Fi is easily the best place if you want to upgrade your home theatre system. Nathan , Isaac and John used their expertise and installed our projector making sure that our viewing experience is unparalleled! Their technical expertise, courteous nature and attention to detail making sure everything was functioning perfectly was highly appreciated. I unreservedly express my appreciation for the extra time spent and patience while navigating through technical difficulties. This team is simply the best!!!

Had Rob & Jamie visit to fix a connectivity issue with our patio TV and sound system. Whilst they were unable to immediately fix the issue (outdoor amplifier no longer processing HDMI signals), they did offer a solution which I followed and now everything is fully operational again. In fact, better than before because the old amp had developed a bit of delay which was very annoying when sounds from inside and outside clashed. Can’t recommend West Coast HiFi highly enough - reasonable cost, excellent advice and reliable technicians!

Just wanted to thank WC Hifi Osborne Park of the Amazing service,I went to the shop spoke to Vic regarding my reno project,he suggested to come around and see the area,he was very knowledgeable and suggested right set up for both indoor outdoor and tv area. he booked the boys to come install and setup,despite hard access and difficult job they managed to put the time down to install tv and speakers all around the house professionally they covered the whole floor and had professional tools to do the job. they made sure we know everything about the system before they left late afternoon! Had great experience with the WC Hifi team and will use them again for my office.

hate my very expensive SONOS bought from West Coast. The sound quality is terrible, really really awful, for anyone wanting to enjoy music. SONOS is NOT the way. I felt pressured into buying a system i did not want.

Really like dealing with these guys especially Jason and Vic, they give great prices and great service. West Coast Hifi Osborne park performed the install of my projector, surround speakers, and ceiling speakers and I am are very happy with them. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and will rectify any issues in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
