Contacted them for a tow bar on my subaru. Customer service was amazing. She said she will check stock and call me back. Called back in ten minutes to confirm it was there. I arrived at lunch picked up the tow bar was exactly what i ordered. Shop was very neat and clean. Overall experience was great. If i wasnt a mechanic i would have had no issue getting them to install the tow bar.

Had a towbar installed recently. Very sloppy workmanship. Failed to put back panel and rear boot seal on properly. Left battery terminal protector and battery protector wrap hanging down after wiring. Worst of all failed to correctly install a fuse going to the battery risking damage to the ECU. I'm glad I immediatley went to another company who rectified these issues as these guys didn't exactly inspire any confidence in their work. I would not recommend at all!

Excellent to deal with.
West Coast Towbars was highly recommended by word of mouth.
I drove from Midland to Rockingham to give these blokes my business and it was well worth the trip.
They install good quality ARB components, and they went the extra mile with trim around the small neat rear bumper cut and added two strong D-clamps.
The installation took under 2 hours, way less than their estimated "couple of hours" and their pricing was very competitive.
I'm very happy with the towbar installation by the modest, and yet quietly efficient and professional, West Coast Towbars.
