If you have an option never go there.
I have been waiting from 8:00 am to 9:15am to take fasting blood sugar test. I was number 6 and the lady was taking more than 20 minutes per test. Never experienced this kind of a delay in any other pathology collection place. I have to go back and come on another day as my fasting hours are way past the 12 hrs

Fastest processing of all the pathology clinics in the neighbourhood. They got through 8 patients in the time it took the other clinic near the shopping centre to do 3, one of which (me) was a walk out. It's worth crossing the road for this one.

I've seen Sam here before, and he's always friendly, professional, and does a great job for my blood tests (no pain, no bruise!). Today I took my 10yr old neurodivergent child along for her first blood test. She goes non verbal around people she doesn't know. Sam took it all in his stride, was friendly, explained everything that he was doing or was going to do to her (directly to her, not through me, which was great), even got a genuine laugh or two out of her! Zero patronising, no rushing, absolutely could not fault him. Highly recommended.

I have poor veins, like many people, for extracting blood. The male technician, young, was professional, and I would not hesitate to have him draw blood in the future.

I came here last week for a blood test. I waited for 30 minutes and was told that she still had a large collection to do. I am not sure if she was slow or she was taking 10 liter of blood from the person in there.

I left as I couldn't wait any longer. I came again 3 days later and waited against for almost 30 minutes. Then she final came out and called my number. When I got in she asked I how long had I been waiting for. I told her 30 mins and I was wondering why it took so long. She replied oh no, I should have checked'. Seriously?! The blood collection took 30 seconds and I spent more than an hour in total waiting. Very annoyed and frustrated at their service.

Jess here was very helpful. I had some miscommunicating with Western Diagnostic call center and their branch on Wanneroo road closer to the city (the lady at that branch told me to attend but when I got there it was locked/closed up). A slightly moody call back to the call centre put me through to Jess who was just up the road, very helpful and got everything sorted in the end.
