A good shopping center with a decent variety of stores and dining options. Most of the popular outlets are here, which makes shopping more convenient. It’s spacious and generally easy to navigate. Very big shopping centre with a majority of the major departmental stores and all the mainstream speciality stores you would expect. The food hall is large with plenty of seating available. Head straight to the upper levels for plenty of parking. Good number of directory kiosks scatter through the centre as you will need them to find your way through this huge centre.

In an otherwise welcome and clean environment, how is it that you have to eat your food in the food court whilst dodging multiple pigeons walking, flying and shitting on the tables. Disgusting Westfield. I literally had to move tables to avoid pidgeon dropping in my food. Food and pigeon shit..... great combination. Do better!!!!!

Oh yeah, great copy/paste response to a serious health issue. Maybe the next call I make is to NSW health to investigate the closure of your food court.

Love coming to Westfield Hornsby! It’s got everything in one spot—great shops, yummy food, and even a cinema if you wanna chill. Parking is usually easy to find, and the place feels super clean and safe. Staff in the stores are always nice too, which makes shopping way more enjoyable. Whether you’re just grabbing groceries or spending the whole day out, it’s such a solid spot. Highly recommend!

I love Hornsby.

There is always things to do in the mall but what I love the most is the family atmosphere.

It is full of young families and feels like a fantastic place to raise kids. Even after hours you will regularly find young families walking around the mall spending time together.

The variety of shops is also top notch and I can always find what I need.

I will say if you do go for parking during the middle of the day it can get pretty busy but that's just because it's the best shopping centre.

No hardware stores or general household maintenance stores, unless you don’t mind cheap, poorly made, landfill-bound products. But credit where it’s due, it’s got all convenient stores you need. Staff at JB Hifi & TW chemist are friendly & helpful, actually most stores are, we, the customers, could be a little more friendly..
