**I had a shopping day in Hurstville**

I always enjoy my shopping experience when I visit Westfield Hurstville. The shopping centre offers an extensive range of stores to suit all tastes and budgets. Also, there is a great selection of cafes, and the food court offers a variety of different cuisines. The shopping centre is spacious and well-maintained.

We had such a wonderful experience — the service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The artwork was beautifully done, with so much attention to detail. What truly stood out was how fantastic they were with kids — patient, warm, and so engaging. My child felt completely at ease and had such a great time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and care!

Aside from doing my shopping and groceries what I love about Westfield is there event like I love all the freebies from Moon light stick, Spark Magic, 12 days of giftmas, and Bauble. Be careful with your belongings when visiting this place. I accidentally left my bag in the nursing room (parent room level 1), and when I found it, it had been hidden under the sink. Everything was still there except for the money, which had been stolen.

To the thief: I’m sure stealing from someone who was feeding a baby felt like a proud moment for you. Spend it well.

It would s a huge shopping centre where you can get all you need. I had a Turkish breakfast- absolutely delicious! Came with a Turkish tea ! It is huge and did not eat anything for the rest of the day! Best food I have paid for in a long time

Today at Westfield, I had an unpleasant experience while waiting for the lift. As I approached, I noticed there were two women already waiting—one with a shopping trolley and one with a stroller. My young son was excited to press the button, so I gently pushed our stroller forward to let him do so. When the lift arrived, I turned my stroller around and reached out to hold the door open for others. Just then, the woman with the trolley said to me, “Excuse me, you came last.”

I calmly replied, “I’m holding the door for you guys, it’s closing—do you understand?” The lift was crowded and there wasn’t enough room for more than one stroller, so neither of us got on and I ended up walking about 30 metres to take another lift with my child.

This experience left me feeling upset and disheartened. Shopping centre lifts, just like public transport, are shared spaces. If possible, everyone should queue, but vulnerable individuals should be given priority—this includes the elderly, pregnant women, and parents with small children, like myself. I wasn’t trying to cut in line—I was simply trying to manage my toddler while being considerate of others. It’s already challenging enough taking care of a child in public; a little patience and understanding would go a long way.

I hope Westfield continues to provide a safe, respectful environment for all shoppers, especially those who need a bit of extra support.

Fantastic experience for kids!! My son was thrilled to be able to bring home a captain America shield and mask. The girls here were so friendly and helpful and engaged with my son so wonderfully. They need to have this on every school holiday!!

I had a lovely experience today at the free sticker activity at Westfield Hurstville. We joined the 11:15am session and made a Marvel shield. My son was quite cheeky but also helped with sticking the stickers, and in the end, we finished the shield together!

We originally came to play at the playground next door and noticed the activity happening nearby, so we joined in on the spot. The staff on site were incredibly well-organized and attentive. One of them kindly came over to help me when she saw I was juggling between looking after my child and doing the craft. I truly appreciate their thoughtful support—it made the experience so much more enjoyable for both me and my little one!
