This builder stole us $25.000. He provided false paperwork with false business details, he let us work on his project 6 weeks and then closed the site and runs away. After deep search I found another 12 victims with same stories and their losses exceeding $1M. Never ever trade with this conman at all, unless you want to be scammed.

I had the same experience  as many others in regards to this Builder. I found Mr. Sabatino mis representing the truth in regards to many issues, an example was in regards to the building progress. Not providing building insurance as required by law within the appropriate time frame, engage in building contracts where his licence had expired,
charging GST when not registered for GST just to name a few. AVOID THIS BUILBER ... he trades under various trading names, remember  the name Mr. DOMENIC SABATINO

We've been fradulently scammed by this company and we are not only one victim. Our case went to Federal Court and will escalate more soon. This builder is constantly stealing money from other trades and businesses. Contact me for more information and reports and never trade with them!!
