Spoke to Rob about self inflicted damage to a pump. It had nothing to do with the quality of the pump. Rob was very helpful and I got the part the next day. Amazing service. Many thanks.

Poor service experience. Promised delivery back to me after a warranty claim. Pump went AWOL for a week. Now it cannot be returned as promised as I am, in the words of the service representative, "not a customer" apparently just a member of the public and they don't deal with members of the public. Premium pump, low grade service. Cannot deliver on their promises.

I bought a Bianco pump through a reseller to replace my old Bianco pump which had lasted me at least 15 years out in the open. The new pump couldn't maintain pressure, but after a long consult Josh sent me a new one which is working fine. The service was great and their only aim seemed to be that I got what I needed.
