Right between Xmas and New year and I needed and idler pulley bearing for my ford transit van which had slipped its belt yet again..went every were with no luck.
But these guys were not only open, they matched the bearing, had one in stock at a great price and were super helpful.. .5 stars from me...got me driving again.

They happily stayed open 15 minutes past their closing time (on a Saturday) so we could come from O'Connell river and buy a new battery for our other car that wouldn't start! I'm from Townsville and was worried I wouldn't be able to get back home after a weekend away. You guys are awesome, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. 10/10 service and customer satisfaction. Pathetic service in the work shop AND the parts store!! Arrogant and no clue!! Every part that they have supplied me was wrong for my car!! After spending 20mins stuffing around looking dumb at their computer! Also had my car In there! Rang at lunch to see the progress and he rudely told the stuff wrong with it and told me to come pick it up! Isn’t potter suppose to be a mechanic! Pathetic

Had my car serviced in the back workshop oil was over filled half way up the dipstick and oil wasn't cleaned up from the bottom of the engine, do not go there if you value your car.
