If I could give Wild Woods less than 1 star I would!! I ordered a $400 cutting board for my partners birthday back in April. On the website it stated the board wouldn’t be shipped until June, I was fine with this and ordered the cutting board anyway. Luckily I took a photo of the receipt because it was not sent via email from Wild Woods!! It is now the end of September and after constant unanswered voicemails, texts and emails I just want my money back!! The first time I was actually able to get a response was through Instagram of all places!! Jonathon has responded 3 times ONLY!! Once via Instagram and twice via text, all of which saying he would sort it out that day and get back to me, which has not been done. I have continued trying to call both the numbers for Wild Oats and Wild Woods and no one answers or responds to my voice mails or emails. I don’t even want the cutting board anymore I just want my money back!! If its gets to October with no response still I will be reporting this company to the ACCC. I’m all about supporting small businesses but this has become a joke, the last message on 9th August stating you would sort it out that day and get back to me, which has not happened. I’m beginning to think this is a scam and so does everyone else I’ve spoken to about this.
