I ordered an engraved timber chopping board for my wife for our 5 year anniversary. I was impressed that the finished product was even more beautiful than the images on the website, and the quality of the product is amazing. I missed an email to provide final approval to the design. But when I enquired about the progress of my order Kaitlyn provided a fast response to move things along and within a day of my confirmation the product was on a truck headed to me. Very stoked with the entire experience, only problem is the chopping board is too beautiful to use.

I highly recommend Kaitlyn and the team at Wildfire Engraving. They saved me with our awards for our conference. Our usual supplier contacted me the week of the conference to say there was a delay and they could no longer fulfil the order!! I reached out to Kaitlyn, and she was able to have our order on Monday. Oh my GOODNESS! I ordered the Hangover board and when it arrived I actually got goosebumps, it's THAT beautiful! I was expecting it to look a bit different to the pics, but the quality of the wood, the workmanship and the incredible look and feel of this product is beyond what I expected. I LOVE it. Absolutely love it. Ok, so I bought it as a housewarming gift for myself, but it would make the most spectacular gift ever.
