Firstly the stripping and repolishing of the table is well done. My concern is the service. After 3 weeks with no communication I messaged to enquire when the table would be finished and was told 10 days. It wasn’t. The next due date was a week. It wasn’t. Each time I was the one initiating contact. Eventually the table was complete after more than 5 weeks. As well after an initial quote with a range of 600 I didn’t receive a final price until the table was delivered. Lastly I didn’t appreciate the crack he made about me to my daughter in law. Presumably because he found my enquires annoying. The work was good the service was not

What a disappointment in dealing with this local company, I emailed them using their provided email address with photos etc attempting to get a quote for reupholstery, then rang on two occasions to get something going spoke with Rick and advised to ring back later and talk to Duncan. Rang back twice more and left messages, nothing. So many companies complaining about overseas companies driving them out of business but so many companies driving themselves out of business. so much for shop locally.

Sent e mail requesting for services, never received a reply. Maybe the company should be changed to Will Not Reply.

Can a company that has no customer focus do a good job? I doubt it very much.

E mail was sent last week and I just got the reply now, shortly after posting this negative review. I still think a courtesy e mail telling people of busy periods and give a time for reply would go a long way especially there is time pressure for me as a customer, to obtain insurance quotes.

This person eventually did offer a service, so I have changed the rating to average, but still not very happy as a potential customer.

They did a great job of fixing a broken leg on a hallway table. I can't see the repair. Duncan is a great chap to deal with. very happy with result.
