Low quality and illegal business practices. Do not buy meat here. A friend has been buying meat from here for over a decade and was turned away as they returned this “quality brisket” which turned out to be over 80% fat.

When showing the receipt and faulty product , we were advised that we should have checked the meat even though they are the ones who sell it vacuum sealed.

Even with the product returned, photos of the low quality products and receipt of purchase they were turned away with no option for repair, replace, refund or cancel.

Will be submitting a report to the ACCC regarding scamming lifelong customers.

I go there to buy quality meat a great price I’m happy with the service. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and was invited to still shop. They are putting things away yet still opened totes to give me what I wanted If you want quality and great prices go shop there. Those ppl start early and finish early they do a great job.

Very rude. A supervisor staff who is very rude should not be there. I understand it is wholesale price but customer should not be treated as a kid. Got scolded for what I dont know. My family also operated wholesale for 30 years (not selling meat). Even though we have good reputation in wholesale we never treat customers like this. If customers did something wrong unintentionally, we would try to check the cause first before we advise them. Insteads of scolding at customers. Wholesale is wholesale. Good price is good price. We are not begger. We come there to buy and pay with out own money. The other staff is generally good only that supervisor who should not be a leader at all. It was my first time here at this meat shop. I dont mind driving to Alexandria for better service.
