Took my daughter in today for her ear piercings. Such an amazing experience! We came in during a busy period however despite this, we were in and out within 10 minutes. Kayla was incredibly helpful, her energy and vibe was so calming! Could have a laugh with her, she honestly made it incredibly comfortable! Thankyou so much.

I travel to Newcastle very frequently and I can always count on the lovely team at Windale Pharmacy. Even when you can see they are under pressure, they still smile, have a quick chat and joke with us. My family and I love their new range of gifts and the prices are excellent! Their knowledge on their products, and health in general is extraordinary and they always provide me with written material and the invitation to call them if I have any further questions. I really appreciate the way they make me feel like a “local”. I won’t go anywhere else when I’m in Newcastle, even though they aren’t the closest pharmacy to me! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!! Congrats guys, keep up the great work!

I really needed insulin for myself, but due to the current situation & backlog, I was told by another pharmacy that I may have had to wait weeks until I could get some. My mum went into Windale Pharmacy today on a chance and, thankfully, they had what I need, however, my script was being kept at the other pharmacy. The team of people on the floor and at the dispensary did much more than we could have ever asked for, and actively communicated and coordinated with the other pharmacy to try and get my prescription filled, which they did by the middle of the day. The whole team were so helpful, efficient, considerate & friendly, and we are so thankful that they went above and beyond to help us with what we needed today. Thank you!

I love Windale Pharmacy. They are always polite and happy to help you. I have also dealt with them through my doctors and they've always been super helpful with organising scripts. Plus they have a great gift section for last minute presents. Highly recommend

Went to Windale Pharmacy looking for wrapping paper or a gift bag for a present, didn’t realise they didn’t sell any Christmas paper there. Regardless of this, the lovely staff members there helped me not only wrap the presents with some spare wrapping paper out the back but also put a ribbon on it for me too. Absolutely lovely staff and helped me out a ton!!

Called up needing an urgent vaccination and they were happy to accommodate. Was able to walk in and the process was smooth and simple. It's a beautiful place to go for health and it's really nice to see people who are interested in doing things for you.
