Be careful when buying large Bird Seed block!! Mine turned out to be infected with bugs. Have spent over an hour cleaning up and squashing these things. Needless to say have sprayed the block bagged it up and binned it. Just hope I don't have any other issues with a spread. See photo. More appeared after it was taken outside and sitting in sun. Store was called and informed. No refund offered? .

Lovely staff but I was charged twice for watermelon tried ringing to make the refund process go a bit quicker for when I go instore so if needed they can look at the cameras before I get there phoned twice no one picks up stupid automated how can I direct you to the right person and have to say 50 million times what I want and it still gets it wrong omg woollies go back to real people answering phones

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Self serve staff today noticed I needed help and directed me to a register. The woman who then served me was wonderful, I had a newborn baby strapped to me and she even loaded my bags into my trolley for me!

Great staff and good service. However they’re currently facing massive staff shortage leading to huge delays in processing direct to boot orders. The staff are doing their very best to service the orders quickly. It’s not their fault that they are short staffed. PLEASE BE NICE TO THEM. They are doing their best. 🙏🏼 If you face delays, please raise this with Woolworths so the management team can empower the front line staff.
