6 till’s and only ever. 1 open , even on a Saturday. Slow staff spend more time waiting to be served than shopping.
At least warner has most of the till’s open ?
Just very poor management.
Also bought chicken today didn’t check sell by and it’s tomorrow.
Thought they reduce price when close to sell by

Wasn't happy with customer service. I went to buy a cheap phone for my daughter it was advertised to come with $35 free recharge. I asked a staff member to verify as I couldn't see any evidence of the free recharge. She went away to speak to her boss and came back and said she doesn't think so as the phone was old. Even been advertised with free recharge I was told it would not come with it and were unable to assist further.

I went here at 6pm on a Tuesday night and not one single conveyer checkout was open apart from self serve. I had a trolley full of items and I had to scan everything through the self serve which has limited space and was tricky. Two team members just watched me and offered zero support. This is why I prefer Coles. Sometimes you just need basic customer service.

Every other week I'm hearing of how unethical woolies is. Whether it's raising prices on us to take in record profits every year, owning every single pokie machine in Australia, swindling farmers and paying them next to nothing for their produce, or supporting the destruction of our planet and our oceans in abundance. I just saw that woolies stocks krill supplements poached out of Antarctica! Not only is that not something the human body needs, it IS something that almost every animal in Antarctica DOES need!! Including penguins, seals and blue whales! Not to mention their partnership with BP, we all know how flagrantly BP harms animals and destroys the environment all for the sake of their profits. It'd be one thing if a y of this was to lower prices for every day Australian's but it's a blatant grab for those record profits for the billionaires at the top. Disgusting

I visited Woolworths, Eatons hill at a little passed 7pm on 28/03. While struggling to find wheatgerm, a beautiful girl named Jorja from night fill offered her non judgmental assistance and truthfully made my whole week.
Thankyou for your kindness Jorja, your parents should be incredibly proud of you!!

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Woolworths before. The lady in the self service area wearing glasses was extremely rude and unapproachable. When I was asking her a question she just looked and me up and down with her arms crossed and didn’t respond to me. Body language on her was disgusting for someone working in customer service and needs some training in how to communicate with costumers. Will immediately walk out of the store if I see her on again. She made me feel uncomfortable and anxious.

Worst-stocked Woolies ever. Every time I come in it looks like the zombie apocalypse is about to happen. Are those shelves ever stocked?
