They have a great selection of products, some at very good prices. The store is well laid out and easy to locate items in my list on their app. It is very handy to know on the app what my shopping is going to cost me. I make good use of the Everyday Rewards programme.

First visit to this Woolies. As I was going uable to find any off-cuts and I knew my dog wanted some, I asked the Deli lady if they had offcuts for dogs. Not her department she said, thats the meat department, I was promptly told. The meat department was right there out the front of the Deli. Not off to a great start. Otherwise the shop was ok. But still ringing alarm bells after the initial service or lack there of.

Can someone please turn down the music/background radio. The other day it was bloody disco music playing loudly in certain aisles where the speakers are. Definitely not a calming or Enjoyable experience

advertise the $2 coin with change but staff refuse to give them and its day one. this cements that Woolworths Mundaring have the worst in customer service and dont care about changing it. No way will I ever go back there. Dont promote something to get shoppers to come then treat them with contempt.
