Deli meat was off be careful and some of the fruit. They tried to keep me quiet by giving me extra, ham & cheese. Double check expiry dates. Shocking that they check expired dates. They just serve it up. Not good man.

Today I did an online delivwry order which included 7 Raffaello chocolates to give to my daughters teachers tomorrow.
The driver didn't even knock on my door to inform me my groceries were here. After checking my items I noticed there was only 6 boxes on chocolates. I re checked my order and it said that 7 were packed. So I assume the thieving delivery driver took one for himself.
I quickly rang Woolworths Noranda and spoke to a lovely and professional lady named Gabby. She believed me and told me to come in and she would give me another one to replace it.
I got my daughter to come in for me as I was already in my pjs . Gabby was polite and so helpful , giving my daughter the box of missing chocolates. The whole process was quick , friendly and so professional. I always shop at the Noranda store and the customer service is amazing. 5 star customer service to Gabby for making my day. Thank you 😊

Had to stand in a queue for about 10 Minutes to get access to the store to buy toilet rolls, during the seniors hour. Apparently it was a lot more orderly today than yesterday

I order online a lot - big fan of the same day delivery use it several times per week - being a single working mumma online groceries are a god send for me. Sometimes I get something a little old or not quite right - and Woolies refund me. Which is fantastic.

But the lemons that arrived yesterday - what the ? Mould on several places the picker could not miss it.

I have shopped here many a time, and it’s a very clean and well set out store…. BUT today was taken by surprise when I went in store to get a refund for a powerboard and was told sorry no refunds since 2020… I WAS TAKEN ABACK!
FIRST TIME IN 4 YEARS I HAVE HEARD THIS NONSENSE…
So I guess COVID was a good excuse to put that rule in place?

Lucky for me today the lovely lady at the service counter was kind enough to give me a one time credit on the item to use for some grocery items I needed..
I was shown a printout on the service desk counter that outlined this, but this is not justified at all!
Woolworths put signs up in the store clearly outlining this policy so that customers are aware, and make sure it is printed on your checkout receipts.. not all shoppers go to the service desk to read your labels!
I don’t understand how this rule has merits, but unfortunately for you WOOLWORTHS, I have made a complaint to the ACCC..

12/7/23 11am-ish. Popped in today to pick up a product that my local didn't have in stock. Nice clean store. Asked a staff member where the product was and she took me to be product and asked if she could help with anything else. Lovely polite helpful staff. Friendly girl also at self serve checkouts.
