I shop here regularly and staff are friendly and the opening hours are great. This Woolworths is located inside the Northam Boulevard Shopping centre. There is a good variety of health food items. There is a bakery and cold meats section as well as other typical large supermarket products. Toilet available in shopping complex opposite Things Gifts. Lots of parking available for free on either side of the shopping complex.

Only one counter open, no 10 or less quicky. Tried self service, not easy to use. Asked for help, put on hold. Woman didn't help me, but she did others. Must be how one looks. Petrol was cheap for today. That person was nice. Middle of day and some shelves low stock. Still, I got what I wanted.

I ordered a Pick up order direct to boot but was surprised the lady made me feel I had to get out to help her load my boot even saying to her I didn’t want to…but I did anyways because she made me feel horrible about her doing it herself. When I first pulled up I reversed in the bay, clicked that I had arrived etc. I turned the car off and opened my boot and sat in my car waiting for my order “direct to boot “ and I didn’t like that I was made to feel horrible to get out of the car and help this is why I gave 1 star if anything I wouldn’t give any stars! why should I be made to feel like that or made to do anything I didn’t want to, it really brang my mood down and now my anxiety is playing up

We have been going to Woolworths in Northam for our shopping and since my last review (previously 4 stars) this store is so disappointing, each time we have shopped there are less people available to take your shopping and regardless of the number of people lining up nobody does anything and the line grows and grows. Yesterday there were 9 people lining up to one cashier to be served and more people at the quick serve as well as the self serve lines, it seriously was pathetic!

We went to the service/smoke desk the staff member we saw there prior to getting there .
Saw us arrive and made out she was working and looked straight at us and ignored us .She walked off and back several times looking at us whilst still ignoring us so we went to COLES. Where we were not ignored at all and got served within seconds of arriving to the smoke / service desk. By a lovely lady with a giant smile

Having a warranty for a product purchased at woolworths is not enough to replace a faulty product. Very appalling and very disrespectful staff.
