We had a mechanical failure in Brisbane on Sunday evening, car needed to be transported, waited for tilt tray, sent to Woombye Mechanical, not booked in and then got a call around 9am Monday to say all fixed, these guys went in early, ordered parts and fixed before I even imagined they could look at it.
Service is second to none, these guys are the all about customer experience, 100% on the money.
Thanks heaps and hopefully next time I can book vehicles in rather than tow them there!!

Was extremely happy with the repair they did for my Subaru Impreza (supplied and installed a new air compressor).

Russell was very professional. Was very happy that he took the time to explain things to me as I don't know much about cars and how they work. Russell and his team went above and beyond with their service.

These guys are still worthy of the five stars. Russell and his team go above and beyond for their customers, and have given me valuable advice and feedback when looking to change cars. They have also given me money-saving advice on my old car, and they are always willing to help.

I have been using this garage for the last 4 years, and I always recommend them to family and friends. Professional, straight forward and easy to talk with - they are happy to explain anything I am unsure of in detail. I have heard stories from other people about dodgy mechanics, so I feel very lucky to have found these guys.
