This school is alright, the teachers are so nice and most of the classes are fine. The kids are really mean though, I have no friends at woree, but I do have my english teacher who is the nicest teacher ever, I go on duty with her all the time. But the toilets are disgusting and dirty there is always girls filming tik toks in there.

i used to go to this school, sadly i moved interstate. I attended Woree high for year 7 and 8, i am now in year 9. Some students were trouble while some were really amazing. and the teachers did have a good relationship with most students. overall its a good school but there can be some bad things that can affect your attention span 🙂

Deputy Principal is horrible. Enforce such dumb and unreasonable rules, insane levels of staff turnover (heard that a staff member quit on their first day). Many students (particularly junior year levels) are incredibly annoying and alot of fights happen. Some insufferable teachers. School has really gone downhill since deputy principal has returned. She should've stayed on leave permanently. Definitely don't send your kids here.

Being next to the State primary school is a no brainer for children leaving one to commence at the other. The area is very good and shops etc very close. Only 15 mins from Cairns CBD.
